    Mumbai attack: Supreme Court debunks Kasab claim

    New Delhi, Feb 8 (IANS) The Supreme Court Wednesday debunked Mumbai terror attack convict and Pakistani terrorist Ajmal Kasab's contention that he was not a part of the overarching conspiracy of waging war against the Indian government but merely an agent in executing it.

    "You knew everything and (were) preparing for it" before landing at Indian shores, the court said.

    The attack Nov 26-28, 2008, in Mumbai left 166 people dead, including foreigners.

      KASAB i suppose is the luckiest person on the EARTH.
      1 Gets his food on time.
      2 Has a fully protected place to stay.
      3 He is medically covered.
      4 No need of his life insurance as he is insured that he will live till his natural death in INDIA.
      5 May be some day very soon he will even get married to a beautiful jail/jailed inmate and the expense will be born by the jail and many more that too without having to shell out any thing from his pocket.
      As we the "tax payer" are there to take care of such people. "INDIA IS GREAT"

      two days back a man was sentenced to 7 yrs of imprisonment just for robbing an auto driver of rs 250 nd his cell phn.but we never book a person who terrorise the whole world by creating a massacre on the street of mumbai.rather we prolong the trial date month by month and year by year.wht a shame.thats why there r lots of pending case in all the level of court where the judges r paid money from the public pocket but they r mostly found serving the big shots or either escaping their duties.

        yes Rasheed what you say is absolutely correct. Kasab should be cut to pieces and thrown to Pigs.I doubt whether pigs will touch that.
