its a pity that Kerala courts have just claimed Rs 25lacs,rather than 2.5 crores.

Two years ago during X'mas time a Chinese ship allegedly collided with a fishing boat at Kannur. The ship was detained at Vizhinjam port for two months and had to execute a bond for 1 crore before it could leave the cost of India. As the proceeding comments mentions, nothing will happen because the ship is Italian.

If we let the Italian ship g, then that is the last we see of it.What abt the compensation claim by the 2 dead fishermen's relatives? Rs25 L is too little.

The comments here reflect sheer nationalism and blind faith in the police's version. This is plain witch burning, not justice. I held India as a democratic country, I'm starting to change my mind. Not a single comment raising the slightest doubt about the police version. I envy people knowing the truth by divine revelation, as I normally have to dig it out from hard evidence.

This has to be proven yet, is just a charge by the police. The crew version is completely different, and no evidence has been produced yet by Kerala police.
