Ugly parochialism in cosmopolitanism Mumbai. Political mobs loyal to Raj Thackeray's Maharashtra Navnirman Sena target north Indians on the streets of Mumbai.

Taxi drivers are attacked, taxis are burnt, passengers on trains are roughed up and even Amitabh Bachchan's residence is attacked, only because the victims happen to be from north India.
