IOC to donate $1 mn to quake-hit areas in China

Beijing, May 14 (Xinhua) The International Olympic Committee (IOC) is to give seven million Yuan (about $1 million) in relief aid to China's quake-hit areas.

The Beijing Organising Committee for the 2008 Olympic Games Wednesday said the donation would be sent to Chinese relief organisations for relief work.
