Health Tip: Is Your Blood Pressure Too Low?

(HealthDay News) -- While high blood pressure is the more common medical issue, people can also have low blood pressure, medically called hypotension.

The National Heart Lung and Blood Institute mentions these possible causes:

    • A heart condition that reduces blood flow to the rest of the body.
    • The blood disease anemia.
    • A significant infection.
    • A thyroid problem, diabetes or Addison's disease.
    • Parkinson's disease.
    • A blocked lung artery (pulmonary embolism).

      what is "too low..."

This article is pointless. First of all, despite side-effects, people with low blood pressure typically live long lives (longer than people who maintain normal BP).
But obviously if you're seeing stars every time you stand up, then your BP is way too low.

Any of that could have been said in this article...

this has to be the laziest writer in history. not even one symptom is mentioned much less any information that could possibly do anyone any good unless they already know that they have it, in which case their doctor could give them better details than what is here. pointless...
