HC stays DGCA order to revoke approval of Ravi Rishi's firm

NEW DELHI, Oct. 10 -- The Delhi High Court on Tuesday pulled up the DGCA for its "hasty" decision to withdraw the operational safety clearance to repair and maintenance firm Indocopters Private Ltd (IPL), and stayed the order. The company is owned by Ravi Rishi-led Global Vectra Helicorp Ltd, IPL's sister concern. The apex court issued notices to the DGCA, and the ministries of civil aviation and home affairs.Published by HT Syndication with permission from Hindustan Times.
