Guns N' Roses guitarist Slash joins Hollywood Walk of Fame

London, July 11 (ANI): Former Guns N' Roses guitarist Slash has been honoured with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

The British-American rocker, who has sold over 100 million albums during his career, said that it was a "huge honour" for him.

"I've been a part of the Hollywood fabric for a long time and to actually be appreciated by the city of Hollywood is a huge, huge honour," the Telegraph quoted him as saying.

Charlie Sheen paid tribute to the legend while taking a dig at Slash's estranged Guns N'Roses bandmate Axl Rose.

"It's quite fitting I think that Slash is getting a star on the very street that Axl Rose will one day be sleeping on," the actor said.

Slash is the 2,473rd celebrity to receive a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. (ANI)
