This is very good wording. thereafter she says she will go to Supreme Court if result is not in her favour. Can she declared how this case is finance? Who are supporting this case? What fund she received from Congress ? She has full faith in God Almighty, She should declared all her asset, Income etc.

Jakia Jafri needs proper justice, if not Narendra Mody behind the tragic death of her husband then who was the culprit ? If Sardarpura riot accused were sentenced to death penalty, why the perpatrators in this case are not punished ? I will start with, Gujarat riots were a shame and should not have happened. But it is also a truth that Sabarmati burning ignited the unfortunate riots killing thousands of innocent people. This case is lingering in court for last ten years and now will hopefully be concluded. But pronouncement of verdict by the court will settle the matter? No. If it went in favor of Modi Congress is not going to leave the matter and follow the same with their dummies like Teesta Setalwad. If it goes against Modi then Modi will take up the matter to the higher court. In a sense the matter will be kept burning for political gains. During last ten years the Center has left no stone unturned to implicate Modi in riots for political reasons. This way they want to pin down Modi and also want to gain the Muslim votes by showing Modi as their enemy and Congress as their friend. It is not wise for a person like me to comment on the issue but if SIT appointed by Supreme Court carried out investigation under the supervision of SC submits a report in which Modi is not held guilty then the opposite party has a right to go to a higher court but they must shun projecting Modi as murderer or responsible for Gujarat riots or else that would be considered as political propaganda only. And if some false propaganda is done by someone then Modi also has every right to counter it vociferously. The way the state of Gujarat has prospered under Modi's rule is something unparallel and should be appreciated.
