If you are a Non Resident Indian (NRI) with a bank account in the country, it is advisable that you are aware of all the existing tax rules as far as NRIs are concerned.

If they do then you could apply for a job and if you are offered the position and the employer applies for and obtains an LMO then you could apply for a work permit.
If you are approved for a work permit then you could come to Canada and work there.- lindas
