If you are a Non Resident Indian (NRI) with a bank account in the country, it is advisable that you are aware of all the existing tax rules as far as NRIs are concerned.
Please all of you do not think that they are doing wrong. It is not about percentage of Tourist Visa to be put as positive per day. Rather it is all about documents, interview, why are they going, will they come back, etc. Hope the document that they say is fake, must have done the investigation before saying the same. Oh! Do not ever trust even the immigration High Commissions, especially Australia or even Canada. The reason is they think that we will give visa to 20-25% applications per day, rest no matter what, just give any reason and decline.- WebMaker (Website Designing Company)
For Australian visas, friends CANNOT be sponsors (not EVER!) so it wouldn't matter even if the High Commission thought it was genuine - his friend still couldn't sponsor him. Only close family members can sponsor anyone and they are usually required to pay a large bond to ensure that visa conditions are adhered to.
If his visa application was denied, it would have been because he didn't provide adequate evidence of employment, business or educational ties to his home country (India?) that provide a strong incentive to return there when his Australian visa expires. If Australian immigration officers think there is a chance that he will overstay and/or work illegally, he has no chance of a visa and having a friend in Australia only makes that more likely.- Ozmaniac
