If you are a Non Resident Indian (NRI) with a bank account in the country, it is advisable that you are aware of all the existing tax rules as far as NRIs are concerned.
If you can get a positive skills assessment from the Australian Computer Society for an occupation on the Schedule 1 Skilled Occupation List (SOL) AND if you can score at least 60 points on the points test, you can submit an Expression of Interest in applying for a permanent Skilled Independent (subclass 189) visa. You can only apply for the visa after you receive an invitation to do so.
Or if you can get a positive skills assessment from the Australian Computer Society for an occupation on the Schedule 1 Skilled Occupation List (SOL) AND if you can score at least 60 points on the points test AND if your uncle sponsors you (you get 10 points for the sponsorship), you can submit an Expression of Interest in applying for a Skilled - Nominated or Sponsored (Provisional) (subclass 489) visa. You can only apply for the visa after you receive an invitation to do so but the number of available 489 is very limited and it could take years to get an invitation. A 489 is a provisional visa and you must live in an eligible regional area for 2 years and work there for at least 1 year before becoming eligible to apply for a permanent visa.- Ozmaniac
