    Deepak Chopra's 'Kama Sutra' launched in digital format

    Washington, Feb 19 (IANS) New Age guru Deepak Chopra's "Kama Sutra and the Seven Spiritual Laws of Love," a lavishly illustrated book, is now available across a number of digital E-Book & App platforms.

    The book is fully illustrated with lavish paintings created by a group of Indian artists hand selected by Chopra, according to publisher Liquid Comics and online site Intent.com,

    "The Kama Sutra is many things: a manual for lovemaking, a venerable ancient text of India and to prudes throughout the ages, a scandal. Can it also be described as an inspiring spiritual text? I strongly believe it can," said Chopra.

    The text also includes "The Seven Spiritual Laws of Love", Chopra's intensive meditation and affirmation of simple, practical applications that partners can bring to their relationship to enhance and entice their intimacy.

    "Deepak Chopra is one of the most acclaimed thought leaders of our generation. We are honoured to work with him to bring his unique and meditative exploration of the Kama Sutra to audiences worldwide across digital E-Books and apps as the perfect Valentine's Day gift," said Liquid Comics Co-Founder & CEO, Sharad Devarajan.

    The digital book is available through numerous E-Reader and App platforms including Graphicly, Nook, Android, Sony E-Reader and Amazon.

      Hinduism has every knowledge contained in it and sexual knowledge is no exception...but sex is there just for the perpetuation of the species and satisfaction of lust to some extent but lust in excessive form has to be controlled by making your own mind firm. On the other hand when sex becomes an indulgence and your main thought rather than a brief stint then it becomes a sin.. Too much of sex can destroy the vitality within you. It has to be limited just for the perpetuation of the species that's it! Deepak Chopra could have translated some part of Vedas to make the younger generation knowledgeable about their own culture rather than focusing on Kamasuthra, this book has been published more than any other text in hinduism. Why? coz Sex has become the main thought of the society today..they think they can attract people only by sex! To some extent yes but people also seek peace of mind some day or the other. Even most lustful people realize one day that life was not meant for that 3 letter word but there is some thing higher to it! This is purely a money making drive and nothing else!

      i feel convinced that Dr. Deepak Chopra wants to utilize the curious nature of western people towards spiritual literature of ancient India to match the exotic sex desires. Natural relations demand sex for good reasons and not mere lust or fascination or casual reasons!

      Since KS is well read and available, I was expecting DC to make something in digital for aliens which could be beamed to space as a ping to explore life and similar activity in the vast vacuum out there.
