Jaiswal has spoken the truth.This must have been the thinking of congress high command. Only Jaiswal has spelt it out loudly. They looking towards loksabha elections of 2014. Their idea is if they do not get majority on their own,impose president's rule.Rule UP through President. Every one knows well that Pratibha is ex-congress leader.Will she go against will of sonia?
