Synopsis: Money, fame and the knowledge of English. In India, these three factors play a huge role in how society judges an individual. This film, which marks the comeback of actor Sridevi in Bollywood after 15 years, is about the third factor - English. The film depicts the story of Shashi, a woman who doesn't understand English and is made to feel insecure by her family and society at large. Circumstances force her to overcome this insecurity, master the language and teach the world a lesson on the way to becoming a self assured and confident woman. The film is shot mostly in New York and captures the inherent struggle of many people all over the world with the English language.

Synopsis: Set in Delhi, the film is a one-night madcap story about Lokesh, a middle class guy out on a part-time job in a fashion show. His idea in life is to make some money, have booze and if lucky, get a girl. At the fashion show, he falls in love with the anchor of the event - Lovina. Knowing she is going back by the last metro of 11:40pm, he decides to propose to her at the platform, away from the bustling crowd and noise. At the station, in an unexpected dramatic turn of events, Lokesh falls into a strange situation, with the cops going after his life. Somehow, he manages to escape from the platform and gets on the road where he bumps into Lovina. She, too, has missed her last metro. As both go hunting a cab to reach home, a journey into the night starts, which is loaded with Delhi's nocturnal elements - bizarre funny Jatts, guests celebrating an engagement, late night party animals and blood hounding cops.
Killing Them Softly

Punishment must be exacted, but even more a message must be sent, to customers and would-be thieves alike: No one will be allowed to capsize the local criminal economy. It is up to Jackie - unflappable, efficient and thoroughly versed in the vagaries of killing - to get the job done right.
Pairon Talle (Soul of Sand)

The stark contrasts of the rapidly urbanising NCR provide the violent backdrop to the film. The film focuses on the paradoxes existing in the neo-rich world of the Capital.
