CBI opposes Vectra chief's plea to travel abroad

New Delhi, Aug. 8 -- The CBI vehemently opposed NRI businessman and controversial Vectra company chief Ravinder Rishi's plea to visit the United Kingdom for medical treatment in the Supreme Court on Tuesday. Appearing before an apex court bench, additional solicitor general Haren Raval submitted that the investigating agency was apprehensive that if Rishi was allowed to leave the country he would not return.Published by HT Syndication with permission from Hindustan Times.
