CBI court frames charges against the Talwars

A special CBI court frames charges Dr Rajesh and Nupur Talwar for the murder and destruction of evidence in the Aarushi and Hemraj murder case. In addition to those, Rajesh Talwar is also charged with misleading the court.

The couple will be charged under section  302 of the IPC which charges them for murder, section 201 which is for destruction of evidence and section 203 for misleading the court.

Rebecca John, the Talwars’ lawyer says charges being framed is routine. "I'd like to see CBIs prove the charges they've made," she added.

Formal charges to be framed tomorrow.
