A special CBI court frames charges Dr Rajesh and Nupur Talwar for the murder and destruction of evidence in the Aarushi and Hemraj murder case. In addition to those, Rajesh Talwar is also charged with misleading the court.
The couple will be charged under section 302 of the IPC which charges them for murder, section 201 which is for destruction of evidence and section 203 for misleading the court.

is routine. "I'd like to see CBIs prove the charges they've made," she added.
