London, May 13 (ANI): Director Woody Allen has revealed that it was during a breakfast with Carla Bruni and her husband French President Nicolas Sarkozy that fetched her the role in his movie 'Midnight In Paris'.
Allen had said that she should join the cast of the romantic comedy in a minor role.
"She said I would like to be in one of your movies because I would like to tell my grandchildren some day that I was in the movie," The Sky News quoted the Hollywood filmmaker as saying.
The movie "Midnight in Paris" had opened recently at the Cannes film festival in the South of France. (ANI)
