Ryan Lochte’s mystery woman is actually his sister

We brought you details of Michael Phelps' mystery woman earlier this week -- a 25-year-old aspiring model/famous girlfriend/reality TV star named Megan Rossee. Now the tabloid media have been buzzing over a woman seen sitting on Ryan Lochte's lap riding back from a nightclub in a packed car? Who is this mystery woman, they asked?

(Buzzfeed)

The bad news for American ladies: Lochte is very attached to this woman. The good news: It's his sister, not a fan looking to cash in on Ryan's dating strategy.

As Buzzfeed points out, the woman sitting on Lochte's lap is his 31-year-old sister, Megan Lochte Torrini. It was an embarrassing discovery for some sites -- SportsGrid, for instance, had linked Mrs. Torrini and her showy shirt to the swimming star after pictures were released on them goofing around in the backseat of a car with some friends.

Sometimes a girl sitting on the lap of America's most eligible bachelor is there because there's no room in the car, not because she's an aspiring model looking for a career break.
