Just as any NATO country, Afghanistan is violating their powers, by whatever element or belief to a country aiding them.
Our Government should immediate stoppage or pulls all our government officials; include our embassy out of their country.

The Italian marines are trigger happy sons of bitches, itching to fire their guns at the slightest excuse, and more so in order to justify their being on board. How can these murderers mistake poor fihsermen to be pirates is beyond me, unless they are complete imbeciles, which they obviously are not. What they are is established beyond any shred of doubt. The arrogant Italian govt is just trying to pull wool over our eyes in a massive cover up operations in trying to confuse our law enforcement authorities of Kerala. I hope they dont succeed and the killers are punished with life imprisonment for wanton killing of innocent civilians, that too in our own country. I shudder to think, if the situation were to be reveresed, and Indian soldiers had killed Italian fishermen, then what would be the world's reaction , and would our insensitive govt go all out to save our soldiers?

I appreciate what Mr Antony, Honourable Minister said that the Italian murders will be dealt with under Indian laws. But I am doubtful that the prosecuting police may be politically pressurised to keep loop-holes in filing the complaint in the court of law, so that they be acquitted for lack of evidence or on benefit of doubt.

If the Italians would have kiiled anyone in US waters, they would have to pay billions penalty and jail terms for convicts. How will Sonia react againsdt Italians?

Indian courts certainly do not have jurisdiction in International waters. the Italian courts have just as much right to detain now and prosecute Indian fishermen. That is of course, no right at all. Making a tragic situation worse is no solution and is an embarrassment to India.
