Photographer drops case against Pierce Brosnan

New York, July 24 (IANS) Photographer Rob Rosen, who claims he was assaulted by former Bond actor Pierce Brosnan in Malibu last October, has had his case dismissed.

TMZ.com reports Rosen as saying: 'The terms are confidential, but both parties are happy with the outcome.'

But Brosnan's attorney says the case was voluntarily dismissed but not settled and that the terms are not confidential. Brosnan's people also claim that Rosen was not given any money and will not receive any in the future either.

Rosen had earlier claimed that Brosnan had 'punched, hit, struck, and attacked him'.
