Colombo, July 23 (IANS) Play in the first cricket Test Match between Sri Lanka and India at the Sinhalese Sports Club ground here is scheduled to start at 3:30 p.m. local time after the first two sessions were washed out due to rain and a wet outfield.
Umpires Billy Doctrove and Mark Benson inspected the pitch and the outfield at 2:40 p.m. local time and declared that play will begin at 3:30 p.m.
