Mumbai, July 21 (IANS) The Tata Group-promoted Voltas Ltd has announced a consolidated net profit of $21.2 million (Rs.851.30 million) during the first quarter this fiscal, compared to $13.04 million (Rs.521.60 million) in the same period the previous year, recording a growth of 63 percent.
For the latest quarter ending June 30, the total income increased to $258.89 billion (Rs.10.35 billion) from $208.34 million (Rs.83.33 billion) in the corresponding quarter last year, an increase of 22 percent.
