Singapore, July 9 (Xinhua) The government of Singapore Wednesday strongly condemned the suicide attack on the Indian embassy in Afghanistan which killed more than 40 people.
Foreign Minister George Yeo Wednesday sent a condolence message to his Indian counterpart Pranab Mukherjee, expressing grief over the loss of lives in Kabul, a foreign ministry statement said.
In his letter Yeo said: 'We condemn this act of terror and pledge our full support to India in your fight against this scourge.'
A suicide bomber rammed an explosives-laden car into the main gate of the Indian embassy in Kabul Monday, leaving 41 people, including four Indians, dead and nearly 150 others injured.
