Quirkiness is the flavour of the season, and designer Ritesh Kumar is doing his bit to add spice to it. For his collection, Sensawunda, Kumar has used vinyl pipes (ordinarily used for gardening) that serve as details on satin and crepe. That's not all - the designer has even made a complete garment out of it. Kumar says, "It was difficult, but I wanted to come up with a very different collection, something that no one has tried. Made of vinyl pipe, the garment is more like installation that people can keep." A few hiccups

Although the overall arrangements at the venue were top notch, the visitors faced problems mainly over the dismal state of the washrooms and the rude behaviour of the security guards. In the Ladies' bathroom, there was no toilet paper and the flush wasn't working either. The security guards positioned at the main entrance preferred to howl at, rather than politely request the guests for entry cards. Those who went out for a cup of coffee at the Smoke House lounge, located right outside the main gate were asked to produce cards repeatedly.
