Amid pouring rain, film enthusiasts and arthouse film stars, Siri Fort hosted what seemed like the party of the month - the entire city came out to watch the screening of Wong Kar Wai's masterly My Blueberry Nights, starring Norah Jones and Jude Law, the centrepiece film of the 10th Osian Cinefan. As film buffs and judges made their way in, the red carpet was extended.

Looking chilled out in jeans and a tee was VJ-turned-actor Ranvir Shorey, who came sans fianc and #233;e, Konkona Sen Sharma. Shorey said he was excited to be a part of Cinefan again.

Actress Gul Panag, dressed in a diamond-studded pink gown, spoke about her recent films and said that though her movies didn't do well, she was happy that critics had started appreciating her work. For Koel Purie the evening was about Wong Kar Wai, who is one of her favourite directors.

"I have seen one of his films three times," she gushed. Also present for the screening were Nandita Das, Aparna Sen, Kunal Basu, Ranjit Kapoor and Kamal Sidhu.
