He had a string of super hits in 2007, became the highest paid actor in the industry and now, is all set to act with a host of Hollywood biggies. Meet Akshay Kumar, who has emerged as India's biggest international player.

Beyonce and Denise Richards will woo Akshay Kumar in Sajid Nadiadwala's Kambakkth Ishq, that also stars Sylvester Stallone. His movie Chandni Chowk to China is being produced by Warner Bros and also features Hollywood star Chia Hui Liu (Kill Bill).

Akki will also shoot a song with Snoop Dogg for Vipul Shah's Singh is Kinng. It doesn't end with the movies.

Akshay was recently awarded an honorary doctorate by the University of Windsor, Ontario, Canada, for all the social work the star has done in Canada. "This honour I have received is bigger than the Oscar, I am truly humbled," said Akki.

He has also been roped in for the Bachchans' Unforgettable Tour because of his enormous fan base abroad. "Akshay Kumar is very popular with NRIs and that's why the organisers have decided to rope him for the world tour," a source close to the Bachchans said.

"I saw his performance at the IIFA awards and was overwhelmed by the hysteria he created amongst the fans, half of whom weren't even Indian," said Vipul Shah, producer of Singh is Kinng. According to trade analyst Taran Adarsh, Akshay has become as bankable a star as SRK. "Akshay is doing extremely well with the international audience.

From being a no-one, he has become a bankable star and his next movie (Singh is Kinng) is going to have great opening internationally. Akshay is on his way up.
