    2G court decision on Chidambaram flawed: Swamy

    Mumbai, Feb 5 (IANS) Terming a Delhi court's dismissal of his petition against Home Minister P. Chidambaram in the 2G case as "wrong", Janata Party chief Subramanian Swamy Sunday said he would soon prove the decision wrong in the Supreme Court.

    He also claimed Pakistan's Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) had dossiers on black money stashed away by Indian ministers in foreign banks.

    "Prima facie, I established a case against Chidambaram and even the court agreed. I wanted the court to summon him to establish his criminality and cross-examine him as to why he agreed to the 2001 pricing (for airwaves) and share dilution of companies," Swamy said while speaking at the second anniversary lecture of Moneylife Foundation, a not for profit organisation.

    Swamy said that he will soon move the Supreme Court against Chidambaram.

    He questioned as to why Chidambaram's role was not being probed in the case. "If A. Raja is criminally liable, why can't Chidambaram's role be probed," he asked.

    "Conviction proceedings cannot be brought at trial stage. The judge acted on a wrong basis," he alleged.

    Swamy also slammed several ministers including Communications Minister Kapil Sibal, as also Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and Congress president Sonia Gandhi.

    Taking a dig at the prime minister, Swamy said that Manmohan Singh was weak. He also compared Gandhi to a ringmaster with a whiplash and Manmohan Singh to a lion.

    "In Hindi, Singh means a lion," he said, in a lighter vein.

    He said that Pakistan's ISI had dossiers on black money stashed away by Indian ministers abroad. "The ISI knows which minister has how much money in which account in a foreign bank," he said.

      The CBI lies in the undergarments of the Khoon-Gress leaders becoming fat by sucking the blood of common people..this decisn was pretty expected...its just the beginning of "day of defeat" for chidamabaram and company..the high courts and supreme courts are not under the armpit of Khoon-gress so they will defeinitely land up lunghiwala and his company in jail..nothing to worry about..The high court and the supreme court always had its legacy of over-ruling the decision made by the Congress Bureau of Investigation and hence this decsn too will be overruled

      By now most know the judgment reading judges/justices of the world's most corrupt judicial system. Dr. Swamy should see to it that Sonia Congress plants are not in the bench while hearing Chidambaram and the way top's cases! CBI director should also be questioned during arguments. H. L. Dattu, a Sonia plant, sneaked into SC bench while bail cases were to be heard in SC bench.

      Dr. Swamy: May God bless you. If one reads the judgment of O. P. Saini, the last three paragraphs can be written only by the dumb in the Law Ministry. If one goes by the judgment, no one in India is guilty of anything! This deserves to be taken to SC. Hope another plant, H. L. Dattu is not in Justice Singhvi bench.

      The judgement of the Delhi Court will encourage ministers to indulge in huge corruption.When caught,they will not allow probe in any scam by pointing out that they took the decision in the best interest of the country.If taken to court,they will hide behind the present judgement of the Delhi Court and will go scot free.This must be the reason for Kapil Sibal to say,Subramanian Swamy must now appeal to God.The biggest blunder will ruin the country beyond repair.

      The verdict on Chidambaram is not final. Swamy, as an individual, should be appreciated for having taken up the case this much and he will take it further with higher courts. Congress is trying its level best to create an impression in the minds of the public that it was not involved in the Scam at all. The present Congress is Emperor of Scams, the wold knows it, not just India. Jai Hind

        Dear friend Ramesh. Do not think this is the final verdict on Chidambaram. It will grow like fire. He will have to step down and face charges soonest.       Truth can't be submerged for long time. It will come one day with Blasting. Dr. Subramania Swamy seems correct and got valid proof. Then why the Court cancelled all licenses??? think... The sucipicious thing is that P. Chidambaram's total silence on this matter. TRUTH WINS. No one can hide. There is God to punish peoples who betray the country.

        Learned judge O. P. Saini's judgement is not the final word. in the recent past the Apex Court has not gone by the lower court judgement in some cases. So, let Swamy move the higher/highest court in appeal.

      We have two types of judges/justices. One type: read the judgments written in Raj Bhavans, Law Ministry and 10, Janpath. Here Saini, Suresh Kait and many Delhi HC justices, Altmas Kabir, H. L. Dattu and many more belong to this category. Another: try to deliver justice by not being sold out: Justice Kapadia, Justice (Retd) A. K. Ganguly and some more!

      I want to give some free advice to Manmohan Singh.Till now he has indulged in rampant corruption and looted India and cheated Indians.He is already 80 years.His one leg is in the Cemetry and other leg is on the Banana peel.He wont live much longer.Therefore let him commit some good Karma so that he can go to heaven and not hell where he rightly belongs to.But I also feel somewhat sorry for Manmohan.God has not given him a good face.He looks more like an animal than a human being.I am sure he must have committed lots of sins in his previous birth also and so God must have cursed him with animal looks.But Manmohan is committing the same old mistakes and therefore in his next birth he will look even worse than he looks now.God may even make him a pig.Therefore it is better he heeds my advice and atones for the sins he has committed till now.He should start with returning the loot he has accumulated in all the scams till today.

      One court found that A.Raja is guilty of 2-G scam and sent him to jail. Another court finds P.Chidambaram, who had approved A.Raja's dealings, innocent. One cannot understand the logic of this contradiction. The CBI court says in its judgement that P.Chidambaram knew what A.Raja was doing but he was no party in the scam. By saying this, I feel the judge has not exonerated P.Chidambaram but himself, by transferring the stick to the higher courts to be used to beat P.Chidambaram at a later stage.
