First lady trainer claims hattrick at Kolkata

Kolkata, Nov 8 (PTI) Arti Doctors, today became the first lady trainer to claim the hattrick at the races here today. Her Jockey P Kamlesh got the same honour with special star, Raghuvansh and pocket rocket.

Arti Doctor trained Raghuvansh, guided by P Kamlesh, lifted the hilliard cup, the feature event of the day. The horse is owned by D A Nanda, Sheila Nanda, Esha Nanda Bhojwani and Amitabh Nanda representing Arion Horse Co.

Galashiels (Dashrath Singh Up), claimed the wheels Cup, for scholar Bharat Singh is the others important event of the day. Punters had a bad day.

Single favourite won in a card of eight events.
