Zanak, Moghe may be inducted in Maha ministry

Mumbai, Nov 7 (PTI) Subhash Zanak, who won from Risod Assembly constituency in Vidarbha, and former minister Shivajirao Moghe may be inducted in the Ashok Chavan ministry, to be sworn in this evening, party sources said. Agriculture Minister Balasaheb Thorat and Parliamentary Affairs minister Harshwardhan Patil are also expected to find a berth in the cabinet, they said.

Ministers Radhakrishna Vikhe-Patil and Nitin Raut would also be sworn in, the sources said. From NCP, Ramraje Nimbalkar is among those to be sworn in.

Altogether 20 NCP ministers are expected to take oath. Narayan Rane, Patangrao Kadam, former chief minister Shivajirao Nilangekar, Vilaskaka Patil Undalkar are expected to be sworn in as cabinet ministers along with Chavan and Chhagan Bhujbal, the sources said.

Congress MLA Varsha Gaikwad, Padmakar Walvi, Satej alias Bunty Patil may be sworn in as ministers of state, they added. PTI VT DK.
