Nalbari, Nov 07 (PTI) Two ULFA militants were killed in an encounter with the police in Assam''s Nalbari district today, official sources said. The encounter broke out when two extremists riding a motor cycle sped up ignoring the police signal for a halt and fired at the securitymen on Tihu-Akhra road.
In police retaliation, two militants were killed. Two 9mm pistols with six cartridges were recovered from them.
