Natalie Portman brands lesbian scene "extreme"

Los Angeles, Nov 6 (PTI) Hollywood star Natalie Portman has branded her lesbian sex scene in new movie ''Black Swan'' as "extreme" and not "raunchy". The 28-year-old actress, who has previously admitted she has no qualms about having a homosexual relationship, insists there is nothing sexually compelling about the romp with co-star Mila Kunis in the movie, V magazine reported.

"It''s not raunchy - it''s extreme," said Portman. The Israeli-American actress has admitted that she struggled with the decision to appear nude at the start of her career, and even asked film makers to rewrite a scene in her 1999 movie ''Anywhere But Here'' because she felt uneasy about baring all.

Portman said that she would sign up for more film roles that require her to shed her clothes if she was reassured the footage would never hit the web. "It''s annoying because online stuff interferes with what I want to do artistically.

I''m not opposed to sexuality or nudity in a film, but I''m very opposed to pornography sites and you''re pretty much giving them material if you do any of that. It''s always a big dilemma for me," said Portman.
