New Delhi, Nov 4 (PTI) Soyabean futures prices extended gains by rising 0.73 per cent today as traders enlarged their positions on the back of firm global cues. At the NCDEX, current November contract delivery went up by 0.73 per cent at Rs 2,276 per quintal with an open interest in 1,06,370 lots.
Most active January contract also moved up by 0.68 per cent at Rs 2,386 per quintal, having an open interest in 1,85,290 lots. Far March contract delivery for soybean quoted higher by 0.73 per cent at Rs 2,424 per quintal, witnessing an open interest in 20,550 lots.
Marketmen said rise in its prices at International markets on reports of lower production and rising dollar mainly led to rise in futures prices of soyabean.
