Sri Lanka 305 for 3 at tea

Colombo, July 24 (PTI) Sri Lanka were 305 for the loss of three wickets at tea on the second day of the first Test against India at Sinhalese Sports Club ground here today. Skipper Mahela Jayawardene (105) and Thilan Samarweera (51) were at the crease at the break.

Sri Lanka were 85 for two when the play had ended on the first day. Brief Scores: Sri Lanka 305 for 3 in 88 overs.
