New Delhi, July 22 (PTI) Prime Minister Manmohan singh today described as "convincing" his government's victory in the confidence vote in Lok Sabha and said this has sent an important message to the world that India was ready to take its rightful place in the commity of nations. Emerging from Parliament fresh from the triumph, the Prime Minister told reporters that today's developments in Parliament when BJP MPs levelled allegations of attempts to bribe them had made him "extremely sad".
