New York, July 18(ANI): Joseph Crowley, democrat from New York and Member of the U.S. House Committee on Foreign Affairs has said that unlike its neighbours India has never been a nuclear proliferator. In an exclusive interview in New York,Crowley said the nuclear deal is actually about nuclear power and clean energy.
Crowley described the evolving relationship between New Delhi and Washington as the most important relationship that the US has outside its traditional allies.
