(Corrects city of crash to Mirny from Yakutsk)
A cargo aircraft crashed soon after taking off from the eastern Russian city of Mirny, killing all 11 people on board, Russian news agencies reported on Sunday.
The plane, belonging to the interior ministry, crashed about 3 km (two miles) from Mirny at the start of a flight to Irkutsk, RIA news agency said.
